Husten to Chair Session at World Health Care Congress


Corinne G. Husten, MD, MPH, Partnership for Prevention’s Interim President, will chair a session at the 2009 World Health Care Congress (6th Annual) held April 14-16, 2009 in Washington, DC.  The Congress attracts over 25,000 international and domestic senior business and health care executives. On Wednesday, April 15, Dr. Husten will moderate “Emerging Trend Forum on Prevention and Wellness.” Michael Taylor, MD, Medical Director, Corporate Medical and Health Promotion, Caterpillar Inc. (a Leading by Example company) will present “Data-Driven Prevention to Improve Employee Health Status” and Will Cavendish, PhD, Director, Health and Wellbeing,  UK Department of Health will discuss results from the UK to tackle lifestyle diseases including outcomes on obesity, smoking, drugs and alcohol.
