STD Awareness Month Features MTV Campaign, Partnership Guide on Chlamydia |

Get Yourself Tested is the message of a new campaign on MTV during April which is STD Awareness Month. All month MTV programming will feature content about the importance of sexually active young people being tested for STDs and tips for discussing this sensitive topic with a partner. Partnership, an active partner with CDC to help increase chlamydia screening rates, is using this occasion to launch its new National Chlamydia Coalition website and release its guide for healthcare providers to make screening a routine part of medical care.
