Partnership for Prevention has four standing Committees:

Governance Committee
Responsible for making recommendations to the Board regarding the governance structure and submitting to the Board nominees for election as Officers, Directors, and members of the Council of Advisors.  
Chair: Georges Benjamin, MD, Executive Director, American Public Health Association

Policy Committee
Responsible for providing science-based substantive guidance and reviewing and annually recommending to the Board the program and strategic priorities for Partnership.
Chair: J. Michael McGinnis, MD, MPP, Senior Scholar, Institute of Medicine of the National Academies

The Policy Committee oversees Policy Subcommittees that are charged with ensuring the focus and scientific integrity of Partnership policy research.  

Audit Committee
Responsible for reviewing the annual audited financial statements and auditor’s report and making appropriate recommendations to the Board.

Corporate Operations & Finance Committee
Responsible for providing oversight and advice on legal, financial, and personnel policies as well as general management issues and for reviewing and recommending a budget to the Board.  
Chair: Christine Grant, JD, MBA
